Job Summary:

The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing an assigned book of business providing exceptional service to clients and supporting the Producer in all aspects of client service and related needs. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling Acrisures diverse range of products and services.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow an assigned book of business.

  • Provide exceptional service to clients addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Support Producers in servicing clients including policy renewals endorsements and claims processing.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling Acrisures products and services.

  • Prepare and present proposals quotes and policy documents to clients.

  • Ensure compliance with agency standards and industry regulations.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system.

  • Stay current with industry trends and participate in educational seminars and classes for professional development.

  • Interact with own team and may convey basic information to individuals outside team or area.

  • Build stable relationships internally and often networks with senior internal personnel in own area of expertise.

  • Interact with key contacts outside area of own expertise.

  • Regularly interact with senior management or executives on matters concerning several functional areas divisions and/or customers.

  • Interact frequently with executive and/or major customers regarding matters of significance to the organization.

  • Regularly interact with executive level management and/or major customers involving highly visible activities representing the organization on matters of great significance.

Experience:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 3 - 5 years of transferrable experience and an Bachelors or a minimum of 5 - 7 years of transferrable experience.

Education:

  • Required - Bachelors inBusiness Finance or related a field

License Required:

  • Active Property & Casualty or Life & Health License

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Required

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

  • Proficiency with employee benefits plan design and rate structure as well as general eligibility rules.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear concise and accurate information in both written and verbal formats.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a demonstrated attention to detail.

  • Flexibility and willingness to assist team members in any capacity relating to client service.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).

  • Experience with HRIS/BenAdmin systems.

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest premiums commissions proportions and percentages.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with agency management systems (e.g. Applied Systems / EPIC).

  • Experience in cyber security title and mortgage origination is a plus.

Pay Details:

Annual Salary: $70000 - $100000
