Position Summary...
Responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments to and from the DC.What youll do...
- Flexible to work in morning afternoon and weekend shifts.
- Work as Team with other associates and support each other as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills and able to use Excel Spreadsheets.
- Take phone calls reply emails and coordinate with other departments of Walmart.
- Respectful and patient while dealing with internal and external customers.
- Use different Walmart systems for Yard Management Warehouse Management Load Management and scheduling.
- Perform different functions efficiently as and when assigned.
- Verify documents for inbound loads process and release to docks in a timely manner. Accordingly update the system.
- Support docks with any issues they face related to inbound/outbound loads.
- Book appointments for vendors/carriers according to their email/phone requests.
- Follow priority and hold guidelines provided by Walmart.
- Provide paperwork to drivers for outbound loads and assist them with their queries. Send yard check reports to carriers daily.
- Keep a track of outbound store loads. Coordinate with LSS and Carriers to ensure timely store deliveries.
