We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to drive the growth of our transportation software solutions across North this role you will manage the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting to closingwhile representing CIMA at industry events and collaborating closely with technical teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations.

The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder with proven success in technology sales and a strong interest (or background) in transportation road safety or traffic engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities through research outreach and networking.
  • Represent CIMA at industry conferences trade shows and client-facing events across North America.
  • Partner with software development and product teams to provide client feedback and identify opportunities for product improvements.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of product features benefits and industry applications.
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and guide prospects through the sales process.
  • Plan and deliver effective software demonstrations in collaboration with technical specialists.
  • Work with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns that increase visibility and generate new business.
  • Track sales activities in CRM tools provide accurate forecasts and report on performance metrics.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • 3 years of proven sales experience in software and/or hardware solutions in the USA and/or Canada.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional client-facing presence.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation pipeline management and closing deals.
  • Experience presenting at conferences industry events and product demos.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques (essential).
  • Knowledge of traffic engineering transportation planning or road safety (an asset).
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel within North America (2030%).
  • Bilingual in English and French (asset).
