Job Description
QA Specialist Help Lead Quality Innovation and American-Made Manufacturing
Location: Grove City OH Full-Time Top Pay Benefits
Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (with built-in overtime and every other week 4 days off in a row!)
American Nitrile is seeking experienced QA Specialists to join our high-performing team. As part of our quality assurance leadership group youll play a key role in maintaining the highest standards for the gloves we proudly manufacture right here in the U.S.

What Youll Be Doing:
Performing hourly in-process and finished goods inspections
Identifying and resolving quality issues across production lines
Acting as a key resource for problem-solving and process improvement
Ensuring compliance with quality standards and documentation protocols
Working closely with production and lab teams to drive consistency and accuracy
Reporting issues and trends to QA leadership
Leading by example in a fast-paced highly regulated environment
What Were Looking For:
Quality experience in a manufacturing setting (medical device experience a plus)
Experience with in-process and finished goods inspection
A self-starter with strong attention to detail and initiative
Someone who enjoys solving problems and staying hands-on
Leadership or team lead experience preferred
Strong communication skills and a positive team-first mindset
Reliable attendance and commitment to quality and safety
