Location: New York NY - Hybrid (2 days in office)
The HR Systems Manager will play a key role within the IT organization collaborating closely with the People & Culture team to define and execute the strategy for core HR platforms (BambooHR Greenhouse Docebo). This role is responsible for the ongoing systems management as well as contributing to the evaluation and selection of future HR technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong systems mindset and a passion for enhancing automation efficiency and reducing manual efforts across the business. This position also involves managing vendor relationships and coordinating with third-party consultants serving as a critical link between IT and People & Culture.

United States Residents: The base pay for this position ranges from $115000 to $135000. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
