About the Role:
The Repair Centre Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing leading and developing a team of Technicians and Customer CARe Advisors ensuring high performance and productivity.
- Overseeing all aspects of the repair shop including workflow and ensuring repairs are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
- Maintaining site profitability by monitoring expenses and managing budgets.
- Ensuring high quality customer service is provided to all customers.
About You:
- Must have experience managing a repair business. Preferably within a high volume workshop.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of building and motivating teams.
- Passion for cars and delivering high-quality repairs.
- A positive attitude and a love for what you do.
- Committed to delivering excellence and driving team success.
- Permanent Resident or appropriate Australian working rights.
