Job Description
Value Added Services Tech (VASTech) improves customer experience and reduces cost-to-serve by transforming selection discovery and addressing un-optimizations during fulfillment. We support three independent LOBs of Home Services Regionalization and Retail Supply Chain Procurement workflows.
We seek talented Engineers with expertise in large-scale systems to join our mission. Ideal candidates are passionate problem-solvers who can drive innovative solutions from design to deployment across teams. You will play a key role in developing global fulfillment models requiring creativity and excellence. We need adaptable professionals who thrive in dynamic environments focusing on enhancing customer experience. - 5 years of data engineering experience
- Experience with data modeling warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience with SQL
- Experience managing a data or BI team
- Experience leading and influencing the data or BI strategy of your team or organization
- Experience in at least one modern scripting or programming language such as Python Java Scala or NodeJS
- Experience hiring developing and promoting engineering talent
- Experience with big data technologies such as: Hadoop Hive Spark EMR
- Experience with AWS Tools and Technologies (Redshift S3 EC2)
- Bachelors degree
