Job Title: Branch Manager
Compensation: Base salary plus performance-based bonus potential
Location: Upstate New York
About the Job:
Lakeside HR Group is partnering with a highly respected and well-established provider of commercial HVAC solutions to hire a Branch Manager for their Upstate New York office. With decades of success in the industry this company has earned a reputation for technical expertise customer-focused service and long-standing relationships with manufacturers contractors and engineers across Upstate New York.
The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch including leadership of the sales operations and support teams. This role requires a strong background in HVAC team leadership and business development. The ideal candidate will be hands-on results-driven and passionate about building a high-performing collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all branch operations including sales administration and customer support
- Provide strategic direction to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Oversee and support the Outside Sales Engineers and Inside Sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers vendors and project stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful project and client delivery
- Monitor and improve operational performance service levels and internal processes
- Coach mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of accountability and excellence
- Ensure adherence to company policies safety standards and industry regulations
- Represent the branch in the local market and actively engage in relevant industry networks
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent HVAC industry experience considered
- 5 years of experience in HVAC mechanical systems or related construction industries
- Proven leadership experience in branch sales or operations management
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and systems
- Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage P&L responsibilities and lead performance-driven teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office CRM tools and general business systems
