Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for manufacturing electronics and electrical roles and will play a key role in building a skilled and diverse workforce to support our operational and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles in manufacturing electronics and electrical domains.
- Partner with department heads to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Create and publish job postings across relevant platforms ensuring alignment with role expectations and company branding.
- Source candidates through job portals professional networks social media employee referrals and campus hiring.
- Conduct initial screening schedule interviews and coordinate assessments with technical panels.
- Manage offer negotiations onboarding processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job descriptions and selection criteria.
- Provide regular updates and insights on hiring progress market trends and candidate feedback.
- Build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
- Process Optimization & Compliance:
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws company policies and DEI (Diversity Equity & Inclusion) standards.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes for efficiency and candidate experience.
- Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline:
- Support employer branding initiatives through social media job fairs and campus engagement.
- Develop and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Participate in workforce planning and succession planning activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field. MBA in HR is a plus.
- 2 5 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition preferably in manufacturing or electronics/electrical industries.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets in production quality maintenance and R&D.
- Proficiency in using ATS HRMS and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
2 5 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, preferably in manufacturing or electronics/electrical industries. Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets in production, quality, maintenance, and R&D. Proficiency in using ATS, HRMS, and recruitment tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
