We are seeking a strategic and results-driven ABM Marketing Executive to spearhead our account-based marketing initiatives within the global Banking and Financial Services sector. This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive targeted marketing strategies that directly impact revenue growth working with tier-1 financial institutions and emerging fintech companies.
What Youll Achieve
Strategic Account Development & Growth
Design and execute comprehensive account-based marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives and business goals for target financial institutions
Partner closely with sales teams to develop tailored marketing plans for strategic accounts focusing on C-suite executives CIOs and digital transformation leaders
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts becoming a trusted advisor in their digital transformation journey
Campaign Excellence & Execution
Create and manage sophisticated multi-channel marketing campaigns across email content marketing industry events webinars and targeted digital advertising
Develop personalized content and messaging strategies that address specific pain points and business challenges of banking and financial services clients
Execute both 1:1 and 1:Many ABM campaigns optimizing for maximum engagement and conversion
Data-Driven Performance & Optimization
Leverage advanced analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness track ROI and continuously optimize marketing strategies
Monitor key metrics including account engagement scores pipeline acceleration deal velocity and revenue attribution
Conduct A/B testing and multivariate campaigns to improve performance across all touchpoints
Customer Success & Expansion
Lead customer ABM marketing activities for existing clients through strategic customer visits Go-LIVE celebrations and relationship management programs
Develop customer advocacy programs and case study initiatives to drive referrals and expansion opportunities
Coordinate post-implementation marketing activities to ensure customer success and identify upselling opportunities
Market Intelligence & Industry Leadership
Research and analyze banking industry trends regulatory changes and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
Collaborate with product marketing content marketing and sales teams to ensure messaging consistency and market positioning
Represent NucleusSoftware at industry conferences banking forums and fintech events

What You Bring
Essential Qualifications
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field Experience:
3-5 years of proven experience in ABM marketing and content creation preferably within Banking and Financial Services (BFS) domain
Industry Knowledge: Demonstrable understanding of banking operations digital transformation challenges and fintech ecosystem
Technical Expertise
Advanced proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools including Marketo HubSpot Zoho or similar platforms
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator Google Ads and social selling strategies
Expertise in setting up optimizing and measuring ABM campaigns with clear ROI tracking
Experience with landing page optimization user funnel analysis and conversion rate optimization
Proficiency in A/B testing multivariate testing and campaign performance analytics
Proven track record in demand generation campaigns with measurable results
Experience managing marketing databases and executing complex email and display advertising campaigns
Strong ability to identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage inform and motivate decision-makers
Experience in creating compelling content for C-suite and technical audiences in financial services

Experience with international marketing campaigns across multiple regions
Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles (6-18 months) and complex B2B decision-making processes
