- Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the executive
- Work on projects pertaining to customer updates within the CRM system
- Provide phone support including screening and directing calls
- Schedule meetings appointments and travel arrangements
- Assist with sales calls including notetaking follow-ups and scheduling client meetings
- Prepare reports presentations and other business documents
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Minimum of five years of experience within an executive level support role
- Experience with a CRM software like Salesforce and/or Hubspot preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills particularly in a client-facing capacity
- Experience handling sales calls or supporting sales teams is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business software
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a small office environment
Additional Information :
Compensation: $65-85K
This is a full-time in person position that will require a 40 hour work week.
