Would like this person to be able to go to our Santa Clara and San Francisco office as needed but will also be able to work remote at times.
What you get to do in this role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly-organized Executive Assistant who excels at managing high-volume complex schedules and travel arrangements for multiple senior leaders. Youll be the trusted partner for senior leadership anticipating needs and proactively managing logistics for both domestic and international travel meetings and projects. In this role you will manage up by understanding the priorities of executives handling competing demands and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
As an integral member of the team you will be responsible for both tactical and strategic tasks including managing multiple calendars coordinating high-stakes meetings and supporting both executives and teams in achieving company objectives.

To be successful in this role you have:

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $104100 - $151000 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
