Key Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for existing clients handling enquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care
Maintain and grow relationships by identifying sales opportunities and promoting the full range of services
Proactively seek out new business opportunities through market research networking and outreach
Prepare detailed sales quotes and ensure consistent follow-up
Keep all customer records and sales data accurate and up to date
Provide support to the wider sales function and contribute to team goals
What Were Looking For
Experience in a sales-focused role such as Account Management or Sales Administration
A strong understanding of the sales process with a customer-first approach
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Motivated by targets and driven to exceed expectations
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general CRM/sales tools
