About the Role

The Enterprise Sales Manager will drive new business build strong relationships and achieve revenue targets. This role requires a dynamic professional with a proven track record in enterprise sales especially within the Technology SaaS Fintech or BFSI sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Acquisition: Identify engage and convert potential clients to achieve annual sales targets.

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate and close deals.

  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify and qualify leads manage them through the sales funnel and drive closures.

  • CRM & Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance in the CRM.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

  • Industry Networking: Establish and nurture relationships with CXOs decision-makers and industry leaders.

Candidate Profile

  • Industry Background: Preferably from Technology SaaS Fintech or BFSI

  • Skills & Attributes:

    • Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills

    • Strong networking abilities and experience engaging with C-level executives

    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-performance startup environment
