Job Description
Launch Operations Specialist
Location: San Francisco
Welcome to the Launch Team when a home signs were the squad that gets it bookable yesterday. This isnt just onboarding its ignition.
What Youll Do
Youre the mission control for getting homes live on-site fast. No day looks the same. The clock is not our friend when a home signs its go-time.
Youll be:
Syncing with property management software (PMS) integrations (think: Hostfully Streamline Track Escapia etc.)
Importing existing reservations and checking data integrity
Coordinating across departments (engineering ops revenue design)
Setting up listing content (descriptions pricing images) and going live quickly and cleanly
Sometimes its straightforward. 99% of the time its not. Youll troubleshoot tech issues dig through data mismatches and get things done anyway. You need to be the kind of person who doesnt flinch when stuff gets messy you get curious.

Education & Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business Operations Information Systems or related field
24 years in a fast-paced operations onboarding or technical support role (bonus if youve launched software or product onboarding before)
Technical & Software Requirements
Youll need to be comfortable navigating and troubleshooting:
Property Management Systems: Streamline Guesty Hostaway Track etc.
Channel Managers: Rentals United Beyond PriceLabs
Internal Tools: Linear Slack Google Workspace
Bonus: Experience with APIs CSV imports/exports or Zapier-like automation tools
