The Role
Our operations team is growing! Were looking for a detail obsessed Operations Specialist to join our team in London to continue to support the growing demands of the business during a period of rapid growth. The Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring we are extracting data in a timely manner to deliver our daily KPI reports find new opportunities to improve our data processes and support the other teams with any data requests.
Were looking for someone who is passionate about developing their skills in data handling and reporting with the ambition of being the go-to expert on all our data queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that reports are updated accurately and on time in accordance to business reporting requirements
Extract & upload data from marketing and merchant systems
Monitor daily data processes and alerts
Ongoing QA on the datasets and the reports
Liaise with business on issues identifying the cause and finding a timely resolution
Provide ideas for reports optimization and process efficiency improvements
Review data requests and ensure they follow the defined brief format and keep track of the ticket journey to completion
Build/design new dashboards and provides ad-hoc analysis
Help the operations team in our quest to automate tasks setting the business up to scale
About You:
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow (and develop) processes
Excellent Excel skills and knowledge of Google Products suite (especially Google Sheets)
Enthusiastic about identifying and solving problems
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the business
You thrive when working as part of a team
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Available for weekend work as part of a wider team rota
Quick learner when it comes to onboarding onto new data automation & CMS systems
Have excellent written and verbal English skills
Last but not least youll have no ego!
