Lenus is looking for a new Inbound Sales Executive for our Toronto Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and closing leads on behalf of our coaches contributing to their growth with new clients.
  • Inspiring healthier lifestyles while advancing your professional development in sales.
  • Maintaining a structured and organized workflow with a clear overview of your calendar and pipeline.
  • Being a proactive partner to our coaches working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications

At Lenus we value diverse backgrounds and experiences. While formal qualifications are not required youre likely a great fit if you have:

  • A natural talent for sales with experience in telemarketing phone sales or the fitness/sports industry preferred.
  • A driven mindset and a hunger to achieve great results.
  • Fluency in English (Extra plus if you are also fluent in French).
  • Strong persistence and resilience - youre not discouraged by setbacks.
  • Exceptional self-management skills and the ability to structure your day effectively.
  • A contagious energy and enthusiasm that inspires those around you.
