You will be responsible for delivering sales and growth demonstrating excellent client retention skills. This is an exciting opportunity for an existing Client Executive looking to thrive at a market-leading insurance broker.
We will count on you to:
Manage relationships with clients prospects and producers to deliver exceptional service and drive growth.
Collaborate with colleagues to execute on growth and retention strategies meeting sales targets.
Serve as a primary contact for clients responding to complex needs and questions to enhance their experience.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Marine insurance industry market trends and ensure compliance with all standards.
Liaise regularly with Underwriters via in-person meetings phone Zoom and electronic trading platforms.
What you need to have:
A strong background in Marine Hull insurance with proven ability to manage and retain a client portfolio.
Passion for delivering elite client service and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Excel Word and Outlook.
What makes you stand out:
Additional experience in other Marine insurance lines or related industries.
Demonstrated success in cross-selling and upselling insurance services.
Knowledge of market conditions and regulatory requirements in the marine insurance sector.
