The successful candidate will be experienced motivated and passionate about sales and account management within the property or legal sectors.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing and developing client accounts within the residential property and legal services sector
• Building strong relationships with clients and estate agency partners
• Promoting the companys conveyancing services effectively
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Representing the brand professionally at all times
• Handling inbound and outbound calls with a consultative approach

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in account management or customer-facing sales roles
• Background in estate agency or conveyancing is essential
• Strong sales ability with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercially aware and competitive in nature
• High level of professionalism and customer service focus
• Confident telephone manner and articulate
• Well-presented self-motivated and driven
