Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager

Company Type: Construction & Renovation Construction Remodeling and Home Design

Job Type: Full time Permanent

Location: Rockford MN

About the Role

This locally owned and operated general contractor serves the Twin Cities and surrounding areas specializing in exterior remodeling and restoration for residential multi-family and commercial properties-including roofing siding decks gutters windows doors and more.

The company is seeking a Sales Manager to generate and lead all sales efforts. This is a full-time role with significant growth potential offering a base salary commission bonus and additional incentive programs. A company phone and laptop are provided with the potential for a company vehicle or gas card by year 2.

Core Responsibilities

  • Self-generated sales
  • Direct and oversee all sales operations
  • In-field leadership and oversight of the sales team
  • Team coaching bonding and trust-building
  • Achieve total sales and revenue goals
  • Reporting: metrics projections and performance measurables
  • Partner with HR for recruiting hiring and training
  • Collaborate with ownership and management
  • Contribute to marketing strategy and execution

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of sales experience in roofing and exterior construction (mandatory)
  • 3 years of team management experience
  • Proven record of coaching and team-building
  • Effective leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work on-site in Rockford MN or in the field
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Valid drivers license personal vehicle with ladder
  • Ability to climb and inspect roofs
  • Drone License is a plus
