Experience as a business intelligence developer or a similar role 5-7 years required
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g. SQL Server Oracle MySQL).
- Expertise in Microsoft Business Intelligence data engineering tools (SSMS SSAS and SSIS)
- Expertise in business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Microsoft PowerBI or similar.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts dimensional modeling and ETL best practices.
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python R) and statistical analysis techniques is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
-Health Insurance industry experience is a plus.
