The Warehouse Supervisor oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations at the Tracker Marine warehouse and production facility. Functional areas include receiving and storage of all raw materials and parts; monitoring and control of all inventory in the warehouse; Aftermarket and Warranty parts both internal and external.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ensures all inventory system transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensures the physical inventory in the warehouse and production areas agrees with the quantities and locations in the inventory system.
Develops and implements program to conduct daily inventory cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy in the warehouse and production areas.
Manages the delivery of parts to the production areas to ensure necessary parts are delivered in a timely manner and in good condition.
Manages the receipt of parts and ensure they are received into warehouse stock expeditiously and all necessary paperwork and system transactions are completed accurately without unnecessary delay.
Adjusts workload balance and delegate duties per rate and budgetary requirements 10%
Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations.
Ensures all associates are fully trained in the various operational and system aspects of their positions.
Maintains written procedures covering all areas of warehouse operations.
Maintains a clean neat and safe work environment.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 5 years in related field

Regular computer work walking and standing
Occasional sitting and lifting up to 50lbs
INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:
Performs duties within scope of general company policies procedures and objectives. Analyzes problems and performs needs assessments. Uses judgment in adapting broad guidelines to achieve desired result. Regular exercise of independent judgment within accepted practices. Makes recommendations that affect policies procedures and practices.
