Job Title: Motor Claims Officer
Location: Riyadh
Job Summary
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to manage motor insurance claims. The successful candidate will handle claims from start to finish ensuring fair settlements and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage motor vehicle insurance claims from reporting to settlement
- Validate policy coverage and evaluate claim legitimacy
- Collaborate with adjusters and vendors to determine accurate compensation or repair estimates
- Provide claim updates and guide policyholders through the claims process
- Investigate potential fraud and negotiate fair settlements
- Maintain accurate claim records and comply with regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Insurance or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in motor claims handling in the UAE insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of motor insurance policies and claims procedures
- Excellent negotiation communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and claims management systems
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
