We are seeking a dedicated Consumer Liaison Officer to join the Consumer Liaison Service at Joondalup Health Campus and be the vital link between our consumers and healthcare services.
About the Role
As a Consumer Liaison Officer you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the patient experience by:
- Acting as the first point of contact for patient feedback concerns and compliments.
- Supporting patients families and carers to navigate the healthcare system.
- Collaborating with clinical and non-clinical teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- Promoting a culture of transparency respect and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive document and manage consumer feedback in accordance with Ramsay Health Care and the Western Australia Department of health policy and legislation.
- Facilitate timely and compassionate responses to complaints and concerns.
- Identify trends and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Build strong and supportive relationships with stakeholders within the complaints process.
About You

- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic patient-focused and solution-oriented.
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong skills using Microsoft Office and incident/feedback Management Systems.
- Excellent documentation and report/letter writing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
