Our client a leading global law firm is currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor or Senior HR Officer to join their Hong Kong office supporting the Asia businesss HR operations.
ROLE
- Reporting to the regional Head of HR and supporting the regional HR functions of the firm.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding logistics including employment contract preparations.
- Maintain HRIS and support payroll logistics and salary review.
- HR administrative support compliance monitoring of HR laws
- Support HRM and Head of HR respectively on ad hoc matters
YOU
- University degree in HR Management or related field
- 4 years HR experience in law firms including graduate recruitment and payroll
- Experience of coordinating and working knowledge of Hong Kong Law Society processes including renewal procedures of Professional Indemnity Insurance and practicing certificates and registering of CPD points.
- Proficient in MS Word Excel PowerPoint and HRIS
- Experience of use of Workday is highly desired
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills
- High fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese language is a must
