We are looking for a talented individual to become a key member of our Career team at Mercer. This position can be based in either Porto or Lisbon and offers a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.
We will count on you to:
- Collaborate on and manage projects primarily within Rewards including Compensation Benchmark Analysis Salary Band Definition Variable Remuneration Analysis and Model Design Job Evaluation Pay Equity & Transparency and more.
- Collaborate on projects related to Careers and Performance Management participating actively in the design and implementation of career frameworks performance appraisal processes and talent management initiatives.
- Conduct complex analyses based on client and market data using Excel and prepare engaging client presentations and reports with PowerPoint.
- Contribute to the development and production of Mercers Total Compensation Surveys.
- Lead client presentations foster strong relationships and actively participate in business development efforts.
- Identify new opportunities prepare proposals and support the growth of our business.
What you need to have:
- Degree in Management Mathematics Engineering Psychology HR or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in compensation or total rewards.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical mindset with a numbers-oriented approach.
- Organized detail-oriented and rigorous.
- A team player capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
