The Role
You will work across Blocks Global Communications team to design and deliver high-impact programming and experiences focused on our narratives and Blocks strategic priorities. You will be part of the Global Communications team whose mission is to inform engage and align key audiences both internally and externally with the Blocks purpose and strategic priorities to help drive business outcomes. You will establish a rhythm of multi-dimensional content to be delivered across a variety of channels to both internal and external audiences. You will use AI to reimagine how this content is curated produced and delivered to make the greatest impact.
Reporting to the Head of Global Internal Communications you will work with executives and teams across Block including within our brands (Square Cash App Afterpay and TIDAL) public relations investor relations legal product government relations HR marketing and more. We are looking for creativity excellent program/event management and organizational skills and the ability to change course quickly especially in fast-paced settings.
