We are seeking a highly organized and articulate Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communication strategies. You will play a key role in developing messaging managing correspondence supporting campaigns and ensuring consistency across all communications. This role requires attention to detail excellent writing skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and implementing communication strategies
Draft internal and external communications including newsletters press releases memos and reports
Coordinate with departments to ensure unified messaging
Track communications performance metrics and report findings
Manage and maintain content calendars
Support preparation for company events and presentations
Ensure brand voice consistency across all platforms and materials
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or related field
13 years of experience in a communications or coordination role
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools
