Education/Experience/Licensure: - High School Diploma or GED required. Associates or Bachelors degree in a human services or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years general office experience such as calendar scheduling filing insurance verification scanning and record keeping strongly preferred.
- Experience working with child welfare systems Mental Health providers and/or children and families preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Key Responsibilities: - Referral Screening: Manage referral calls and emails use screening tools to document relevant information and assess eligibility for services.
- Intake Coordination: Oversee intake meetings paperwork and client documentation ensuring clients receive a welcoming and efficient onboarding experience.
- Scheduling & Tracking: Schedule assessments counseling sessions and medical screenings coordinate with the Medical and Clinical teams and keep detailed organized records.
- Administrative Support: Perform data entry scanning and manage client records in EHR systems. Collaborate with Outpatient Practice Coordinator on payment processing and insurance eligibility verification.
- Resource Navigation: Provide external referrals to families unable to access Crossnore programs and ensure accurate communication with all stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams community partners and referral sources to streamline services and ensure positive client experiences.
