A Day in the Life

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Quality Supervisor for Customer Care! We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our quality assurance efforts and ensure exceptional service delivery. In this role youll oversee a team focused on maintaining high standards in customer interactions and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing quality strategies monitoring performance metrics and driving continuous improvement initiatives. In this exciting position you will be responsible for management the QMS enabling processes for the whole Customer Care and Order Operations in Americas and Eurasia leading a group of people located in those regions. For this role you will be expected to be located in Warsaw Poland with a Hybrid work model.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Support ISO Certification audits from a Customer Care and Order operations standpoint for the whole EMEA region
  • Implement and maintain the Quality Management System for Customer Care and Order Operations in Americas Europe and APAC regions
  • Support CAPA/SCAPA/ Non-Conformances related to Customer Care and Order Operations in the 3 main regions
  • Support document owners in submitting document updates in MAP Agile as needed review and approve document updates
  • Maintain the training plan for Customer Care and Order Operations
  • Maintain supplier files updated - make sure Customer Care suppliers are approved and in compliance with baseline requirements
  • Lead the QMS Enabling Processes team. Develop project improvements that help the harmonization of a single Quality Management system for Customer Care in Americas Europe and Asia

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Required Bachelors or Masters degree in Biomedical Engineering Industrial engineering Pharmacists or similar
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Quality Management Systems
  • Experience working under ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 requirements
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Great communication and facilitation skills in international environment
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
