We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to spearhead one of our Business Units at This business unit operates at the intersection of technology marketing and operations
requiring a leader who understands the digital marketing ecosystem SaaS solutions customer engagement and operations.
Roles & Responsibility:
P&L Ownership: Drive revenue growth and profitability for the business unit ensuring strategic alignment with company-wide goals.
Market Expansion & GTM Strategy: Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting our core ICPs across key geographies - India SEA and US.
Sales & Business Development: Build and lead a high-performing sales team to acquire onboard and expand partnerships with current & prospective clients.
Product & Service Evolution: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure our platform meets the evolving needs of the industry.
Customer Success & Retention: Work closely with customer success and support teams to ensure our Clients maximize value from the platform improving retention and long-term adoption.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth: Establish and nurture relationships with key industry
stakeholders agencies and technology partners.
Operational Excellence: Optimize workflows for operational servicing onboarding and marketing fund management to drive efficiency.
Requirements:
10 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS or digital marketing with a strong track record
in revenue growth and business leadership.
Proven ability to drive B2B sales scale partnerships and execute complex enterprise deals.
Experience in managing P&L forecasting revenue and driving operational efficiencies.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills capable of working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
