As the brand continues its impressive global expansion they are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the charge in scaling their reseller partnerships particularly those that provide access to high-demand inventory.
Reseller Partnerships Build and manage relationships with high-volume resellers offering rare authentic items
Inventory Strategy Ensure a consistent pipeline of in-demand products from trusted partners
Market Expansion Identify new markets and reseller communities with strategic potential
Revenue Growth Grow supply and sales volume through relationship-led expansion
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with marketing operations product and finance teams
Negotiation & Contracts Secure win-win agreements and long-term partnerships
Team Leadership Mentor and guide a business development team toward shared goals
Data-Driven Strategy Use performance insights and trends to refine and optimize partnerships
Proven track record in business development sales or strategic partnerships in e-commerce fashion or luxury resale
Active reseller network with consistent access to authentic high-demand inventory
Strong negotiation communication and networking skills
Experience in team management and driving performance outcomes
Ability to analyze data spot trends and make strategy-driven decisions
Passion for sneaker culture fashion and resale industry
Background with brands like TikTok The RealReal Alibaba Vestiaire Collective Chrono24 WatchBox Flightclub etc. is a major plus
