Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Research Analyst - US Staffing - New Client Acquisition to join our Hyderabad team. This role is critical to expanding Tetrahed s client portfolio in the US market by identifying researching and engaging potential clients in need of staffing solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in market research lead generation and client relationship building within the US staffing industry coupled with a proven track record of driving new business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Lead Generation:
- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients in the US market across industries such as IT healthcare finance and engineering.
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and industry demands to uncover new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through tools like LinkedIn ZoomInfo and other industry databases.
- Client Prospecting & Outreach:
- Develop targeted outreach strategies to engage decision-makers (C-level executives HR leaders procurement heads) at prospective client organizations.
- Craft personalized pitches emails and proposals to highlight Tetrahed s staffing solutions and value proposition.
- Leverage cold calling email campaigns and social media to initiate conversations and build relationships.
- New Client Acquisition:
- Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to convert leads into active clients.
- Present tailored staffing solutions to prospective clients addressing their specific hiring needs and challenges.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to secure new client agreements while ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of leads outreach activities and client interactions in the company s CRM system (e.g. Salesforce or similar).
- Provide regular reports and insights on lead generation metrics conversion rates and market trends to senior leadership.
- Contribute to refining acquisition strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing operations and delivery) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on US staffing industry trends regulations and best practices to inform acquisition strategies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to innovate and enhance Tetrahed s client acquisition processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Human Resources or a related field. A Master s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience:
- 1-8 years of experience in market research lead generation or business development within the US staffing or recruitment industry.
- Proven success in acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth in a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with US market dynamics hiring trends and key industries (IT healthcare finance etc.).
- Skills:
- Exceptional research and analytical skills with the ability to identify high-value prospects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging senior-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and lead generation platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of US labor laws staffing regulations and compliance is a plus.
