The Talent Acquisition Specialist will take full ownership of the outsourcing business unit managing the end-to-end technical recruitment cycle to deliver high-quality candidates for BBIs clients. This role requires a proactive driven recruiter with a proven track record in sourcing and placing technical profiles in dynamic client settings.
Manage the entire recruitment process for outsourced technical roles from requirements gathering sourcing and screening to interviewing and placement.
Act as the main point of contact for BBIs clients ensuring clear communication and delivery of high-caliber talent within agreed timelines.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical candidates through proactive sourcing networking and partnerships.
Write and post engaging job advertisements on various platforms ensuring alignment with client requirements and BBI standards.
Conduct initial CV screening technical skills assessments and behavioral interviews to match candidates with suitable opportunities.
Coordinate and schedule client interviews provide feedback and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
Support contract preparation onboarding processes and ensure smooth transition of outsourced employees to the client environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving business needs and advise on market trends and talent availability.
Prepare regular reports and updates on recruitment status pipeline health and hiring metrics for management and clients.
Represent BBIs culture and values when engaging with candidates and clients.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in technical recruitment preferably within outsourcing or staffing environments.
Proven ability to source screen and place candidates in IT software data or related technical domains.
Strong understanding of technical roles skills and market dynamics.
Excellent communication negotiation and client management skills.
Self-motivated highly organized and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and ATS tools.
Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
