Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts within the United States telecommunications sector. This role is pivotal in identifying attracting and securing top-tier professionals across both technical and non-technical functions including white- and blue-collar roles. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset deep industry insight and a proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a high-demand fast-paced environment.

As a Recruitment Manager you will partner closely with hiring managers across various U.S. regions to design and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce planning needs. Your ability to navigate the competitive U.S. talent landscape coupled with a commitment to candidate experience and compliance will be essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive U.S.-based recruitment strategies to support talent acquisition across the telecommunications sector.

  • Partner with regional hiring managers to assess workforce needs and tailor recruitment approaches to meet specific project and organizational requirements.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings sourcing screening interviewing offer negotiation and onboarding.

  • Utilize a range of sourcing methods and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Indeed local job boards employee referrals) to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates in the U.S. market.

  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process reflecting the organizations values and employer brand.

  • Stay informed of U.S. labor market trends salary benchmarks and competitive intelligence to guide hiring strategies.

  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics using data to improve efficiency time-to-fill and quality of hire.

  • Ensure full compliance with U.S. federal and state employment laws including EEOC regulations and other applicable guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role preferably within the U.S. telecommunications industry.

  • Demonstrated expertise in recruiting for both white-collar (engineering IT project management) and blue-collar (field technicians laborers) roles.

  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. hiring practices labor regulations and employment standards.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) recruitment marketing platforms and sourcing tools.

  • Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent hiring projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

  • Proven success in building diverse talent pipelines and promoting inclusive hiring practices.
