Captura Hall is seeking a highly motivated Leadership Development Associate to join our growing team in Tampa FL. This role is designed for individuals passionate about fostering leadership capabilities supporting strategic initiatives and developing future-forward programs that drive organizational success. You will work directly with our senior leadership team to implement and manage development frameworks that strengthen leadership pipelines across all departments.
Responsibilities
Support the design and execution of leadership development programs and workshops.
Collaborate with department heads to identify and address leadership training needs.
Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve program effectiveness.
Coordinate mentorship programs and leadership coaching initiatives.
Facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions for leadership-track hires.
Monitor industry trends and best practices in leadership development.
Deliver progress reports and presentations to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Business Administration or a related field.
13 years of experience in leadership training HR development or organizational strategy.
Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Professional certification in leadership development or coaching is a plus.
