Position Summary
Centrias Recruiting Department supports over 3000 geographically dispersed team members covering four time zones. As a Clinical Recruiter you will source recruit and hire individuals interested in working with children on the Autism Spectrum. Those candidates will become Behavior Technicians who will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy or BCBAs (Supervising Clinicians) who directly supervise a team of Behavior Technicians. ABA Therapy is a Surgeon General approved and peer-reviewed science that shows a significant impact across social and functional living skills for children and young adults on the Autism Spectrum.
Success Measures
Success measures include adherence to Centria policies flawless execution of tasks and meeting or exceeding personal qualitative and quantitative key performance indicator (KPI) metrics such as successful offer to client assignment ratio the achievement of hiring numbers for Behavior Technicians and Supervising Clinicians the realization of the companys attrition goals and reduction in time from initial assessment to placement.

While performing the duties of this job physical requirements such as bending reaching lifting pushing or pulling up to 30 pounds may be required. This role will require sitting most of the day as well as walking and standing periodically. This
role may require close visual acuity on computer screens or monitors and the ability to analyze data and figures on a screen.
