Job Summary:

We are hiring HR Recruiters to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work in bulk hiring BPO sales blue-collar and field hiring domains. Freshers with strong communication and interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.

Job Title: HR Recruiter Non-IT / BPO Hiring (Freshers Welcome)


Location: BeckbaganKolkata(Hybrid/Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 6 3 Years in Recruitment Telecalling Customer Care or related fields. Freshers are welcome
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Salary: Up to 14000 per month (Negotiable)
Working Hours: 09:30 AM 6:30 PM
Week Offs: 2nd & 4th Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bulk hiring for BPO sales field and blue-collar roles

  • Source candidates through job portals social media internal database and referrals

  • Conduct screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

  • Organize and support walk-ins job fairs and mass recruitment drives

  • Maintain recruitment trackers documentation and daily MIS reports

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities of selected candidates



Requirements

  • 0 2 years of experience in recruitment (Non-IT BPO Bulk Field hiring preferred)

  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome

  • Basic knowledge of sourcing tools and recruitment platforms

  • Self-driven energetic and eager to grow in the HR domain

  • Comfortable working in a target-based recruitment environment

**Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Key Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Analytical mindset to assess hiring metrics and trends.
