We are seeking for a highly skilled and experienced Make Ready Coordinator to join our team of professionals and assist the maintenance department schedule and organize their apartment unit turns.
This position has the potential to earn over $2K per year in commissions!
On any given day you will do some or all of the following:
- Schedule all vendors to complete the make ready process.
- Walk units to check progress and vendor quality.
- Walk through all notice to vacate units with-in 72 hours of notice receipt.
- Enter notice to vacate into Onesite.
- Walk all move-outs within 48 hours of move out date.
- Asses move out charges.
- Assist in the management of unit turn expenses.
- Assist with work orders
- Assist with the on-call schedule
- Perform regular maintenance of residential apartment homes and other areas on the property to include building exteriors building interiors and public areas.
- Perform light maintenance of residential apartment replace doorknobs change locks install screens closet doors etc.

Position and Skill Requirements:
- Required: EPA Universal license
- Knowledge of property management and sale background of leasing multifamily market rate homes.
- Knowledge of unit make ready process and turnovers.
- Knowledge of basic office practices procedures and equipment such as telephone fax copier and computer.
- Knowledge of the operation of Managements computer system and software.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate both verbal and written in a professional manner.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and multiple demands to accomplish tasks in accordance with established requirements accurately.
- Able to stand walk and sit (in front of a computer) for long periods of time.
- Able to push pull and lift over 50lbs.
