Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our Parts Department as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. This role is essential to our operations ensuring that all incoming and outgoing parts are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive inspect and verify incoming shipments of parts and materials
- Accurately document shipments and maintain organized records
- Prepare and package outgoing orders for safe and timely delivery
- Coordinate with vendors couriers and internal departments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shipping/receiving area
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (if certified)
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations preferred
- Basic computer and inventory system knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Hours:
Monday-Friday 7:00-3:30
