Position Overview:
Are you a storyteller at heart who knows how to connect people through the power of words Are you passionate about bringing brand culture and strategy to life from the inside out Were looking for a Coordinator Internal Communications to join our team and help shape how we communicate across the business from the retail floor to our corporate offices.
In this role youll craft thoughtful engaging communications that inform inspire and unite our people. Youll support messaging across all areas of the organization including operations retail and corporate helping ensure our teams feel connected to our purpose and priorities. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through writing storytelling and collaboration.
Write with Purpose: Develop edit and proofread internal communications such as newsletters intranet articles leadership updates and company-wide announcements that reflect our voice and values.
Support Multi-Audience Messaging: Tailor content for different teams and functions adapting internal messaging for external audiences while maintaining tone and consistency.
Elevate Presentations: Collaborate on visually impactful decks and scripts that support town halls strategic updates and other high-visibility internal meetings.
Enhance Communication Channels: Maintain and update internal platforms ensuring employees receive timely relevant and engaging content.
Partner Across Teams: Work closely with stakeholders in retail operations and corporate functions to align on messaging campaign goals and key priorities.
Drive Engagement Through Storytelling: Contribute creative ideas and fresh content that highlight employee achievements culture moments and business milestones.
Support Team Operations: Manage finance-related admin for the Corporate Affairs team including vendor setup purchase orders invoice tracking and payment follow-up.
Measure and Learn: Track communication metrics and employee feedback to inform and continuously improve our approach.
2 years of experience in communications marketing or a related field.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear and engaging content.
Strong visual storytelling abilities with experience creating presentations in PowerPoint and other tools.
Comfort working with digital communication platforms like intranets newsletters and collaboration tools.
A knack for organization and project management with the ability to meet tight deadlines across multiple projects.
A collaborative spirit and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships at all levels.
A passion for storytelling employee experience and making communication a strategic business driver.
