Description
Assists the Director of Nursing in managing supervising and evaluating the resident care services assuring quality resident care leading to consumer satisfaction in accordance with Trinity Healths Vision and Mission and the State and Federal regulations. Demonstrates a working knowledge of personnel management and communication principles in order to maintain a positive work environment. Assists the Director of Nursing in developing and managing the departments resources (time materials and personnel) within the budgetary guidelines as approved by Trinity Health Board of Directors. Responsible for the efficient and effective coordination implementation and improvement activities surrounding Quality Programs. They will support continuous quality improvement to maximize the outcomes for all patients/clients of Trinity Health.
The Quality Program Coordinator will advise and assist with performance improvement and will facilitate throughout our Health system. Will undertake responsibilities in creating reports such as statistical analyses monitoring and benchmarking of clinical data which will be used to improve comply and sustain with all Quality Program requirements.
Qualifications
Licenses and Certifications Required
Current North Dakota Registered Nurse license
BLS certification
Educational Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing as evidenced by nursing license
Experience Requirements
Previous swing bed and/or long-term care experience preferred but not required
Previous Quality Assurance experience preferred but not required
Basic computer skills preferred such as word processing spreadsheets internet and email
Special Skills or Training Requirements
Demonstrated evidence of dependability initiative and strong communication and interpersonal skills
