Job Description
Machine Operation: Operate auto coating machines (like Gansons Neocota Accela Cota) for film and enteric coating of tablets.
Batch Execution: Execute coating operations as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and defined process parameters (spray rate pan speed inlet/outlet temperature).
In-Process Checks: Monitor and record weight gain coating uniformity and tablet appearance during the process.
Equipment Setup & Cleaning: Perform machine setup CIP/SIP (where applicable) and changeover in line with SOPs and cleaning validation requirements.
Documentation: Accurately fill BMRs equipment logs cleaning records and maintain GMP documentation.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor machine issues and coordinate with engineering for technical support.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to GMP safety protocols and cleanroom discipline throughout the operation.
Team Supervision: Guide and train junior operators and technicians during coating operations.
