Production Support Lead:
Minimum 8 years of experience in production support and should have handled customers directly.
Strong analytical abilities to find out the root cause and troubleshoot the issues in production.
Should have worked with team in offshore and onsite to provide swift response and solution to customer problems in production environments.
Should know how to provide tactical/ workaround & long term solutions for customer problems
Hands on experience in handling production support tickets from L1 to L4 based on SLA metrics defined for production support tickets as well.
Should have sound knowledge of SLAs Metrics and should have worked on maintaining and managing the same
Technical Skills:
Python experience - working in Data models data frames data warehousing concepts. Pandas NumPy etc.
Python APls Strong with SQL MVC Web api Bootstrap JQuery SQL stored procedure.
Good to have TFS Jenkins Bit Bucket React JS D3 SSIS SSRS
Good problem solving capabilities and good in Continuous improvement program in developed applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
