Career Stream Tasks

Implement Business Development plans and support business development activities of the organization including growing and supporting franchise operations in line with business and financial objectives Group guidelines and policies
Deliver market studies by analyzing market research and identifying and predicting current and future consumer trends
Prospect new business development opportunities through market research and by analyzing research on network cost/pricing competitor analysis etc.
Coordinate all business development activities including the development of alliance/channel/network partnerships product planning & development
Provide support on issues and problems from less experienced/ new team members provide direction and guidance as needed

Differentiator

- Apply broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education or formal training in theories/concepts in own function
- Performs work which is of limited scope typically on smaller less complex projects or task related activities.
- Individual contributor whose work is closely supervised
- Completes activities or fulfils targets / assigned tasks according to specific standards and guidelines
- Problems faced are not typically difficult
- Typically Reports to M2/M3

Management Responsibility

- Individual contributor without direct responsibility for leading others

Stakeholders

- Explain facts policies and practices related to job area from established procedures or formal training
- Support and interact primarily with colleagues of own job area
- Develop a network of contacts to build up relationships and strengthen the organizational product and market knowledge
