Job Description
Title: Social Worker Inpatient Behavioral Health
Salary: Up to $82500 year
Location: Cushing OK (onsite)

As PMCs Inpatient Social Worker your focus will be on the 3Cs; Care Community and Compliance.
- Care: Provide social service functions in the behavioral healthcare setting including assessments treatment planning discharge planning and case management to patients and families.
- Community: Educate patients and families on signs and symptoms of illness to prevent re-hospitalization and improve disease management skills. Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for our patients.
- Compliance: Develop and coordinate therapeutic program services on the behavioral health program unit.
- Masters degree in social work (MSW) required.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker preferred
- Two or more years of previous experience in all aspects of social service with an emphasis in psychiatric work.
- Current certification/training in the management of disruptive and assaultive behavior.
- BLS
- Handle with Care will be provided
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills
