The Role and Your Mission:
As a Brokerage & Employee Benefits Consultant requires a proactive approach to client relationship management where one would handle their own portfolio of existing clients offering consultancy in relation to benefits sector. For this role we are looking at 1-3 years of proven experience in an account or client management position.
We will count on you to:
- Handle client administration: Deliver client service in accordance with Marshs standards and procedures:
- Answering clients requests: Offer consultancy regarding insurance / renewal / modification of insurance policies or consultancy services
- Collaborate with Insurers: Work closely with our network of insurers to manage all aspects of employee benefits insurance.
- Build Strong Relationships: Foster and maintain robust client relationships through continuous engagement and support.
- Develop Client Portfolios: Conduct market research to expand and enhance client portfolios.
- Identify Opportunities: Proactively seek new business opportunities and cross-sell services to meet expected targets
What you need to have:
- 1-3 years work experience in account management or client management
- Solid negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- English proficiency at C1 level.
