Job Summary

Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst Global Supply Management

Location: Minneapolis MN 55432

Duration: 7 Months Contract (with possibility of extension or conversion)

Job Description -

Were seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support the Global Supply Management (GSM) function. This role is responsible for leading forecast planning cycles managing financial reporting and driving operational efficiency across key supply chain cost centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis forecasting tools and system-based reporting.

Key Responsibilities -

Lead all forecast planning and submission cycles for the GSM function ensuring financial accuracy and resource efficiency.
Manage the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process including cost center planning target setting and business partner reviews.
Prepare financial reporting packages including Monthly Financial Reviews (MFR) AOP summaries and executive presentations.
Oversee month-end close activities including cost center reviews and journal entries.
Provide analytical support for ad-hoc projects such as Power BI dashboard validation supplier analysis and business case modeling.
Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and internal financial controls.

Qualifications -

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; Masters degree preferred.
10 years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting (8 years with advanced degree).
Proficiency in OneStream and Power BI required.
Experience with Hyperion Essbase SAP or Operations Finance preferred.
Strong analytical communication and presentation skills.
