Job Title: Receptionist
Location: New Orleans LA

Reports To: Office Manager
We are seeking a friendly professional and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will handle front-desk responsibilities with a positive attitude and provide administrative support across the organization.
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
Receive sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
Perform clerical duties such as filing photocopying and data entry
Support the administrative team with tasks and projects as needed
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
