Get to Know the Role

Leads the end-to-end management of merchant lending products from a credit risk perspective ensuring potential risks are proactively identified assessed and effectively mitigated. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive credit risk assessments for new products and features and implementing mitigation strategies to protect both users and the business. Drives continuous improvements in key credit risk metrics through close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Prepares and presents clear concise and data-driven reports to senior and executive management to support strategic decision-making. This role is based on-site in our Jakarta office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Independently design data-driven and analytical strategy solutions for business problems with acceptable risk. That covers whitelist underwriting and lending limit management
• Manage and track effectively lending portfolio also advise on the action that need to be taken to keep portfolio metrics on healthy level
• Close collaboration & coordination with various teams - business engineer credit decision engine data science operations legal finance & regional teams

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit risk consumer lending or retail/SME sectors including at least 1 year dedicated to credit risk roles for consumer lending with a track record of delivering data-driven business results
• Analytical covering business modeling (Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)) and data analysis using SQL or Python
• Understanding of compliance customer due diligence and Indonesias financial services landscape
• Ability to collaborate and managing relationship with stakeholders across diverse functions and regional teams
• Flexibility motivated and inclusive team player who thrives in fast-changing complex and VUCA.
